The Product
The idea was to use the world-wide-web to benefit the knit-wear-world. Now anyone can design knitted stuff, and anyone can produce any number of knitted items through Knitted Online. We wanted to make it easy for people to put together a design even if they're not a dabb hand at actually knitting it themselves. And if that's too scary for you, we have a network of designers who have put together a range of designs that you can buy 'as is' or use as a starting point for your designs. We realise that these designers are key to making our products unique and appealing so we pay our designer a commission when any of their designs are used in the making of one of your pieces. The Designs
Our favourite thing about the internet is how open it is to contributors. That's why we're so excited about Knitted Online, anyone that wants to contribute a design CAN. All you need is an account with us so your designs can be saved, and some ideas for the different pieces of knitwear we make. As soon as your designs start selling, you can start earning 5% commission per item sold. Click to read the Ts&Cs.
The Team
At Knitted Online we are trained as designers but believe in a self-taught approach to design to make sure we've got all the skills and up-to-date knowledge of the business. Since meeting at Goldsmiths College London we have pursued our individual disciplines to create what we think is a good team for Knitted Online. Collectively we are a group of web designers, graphic designers, pattern designers and of course keen knitters. If you are interested in joining the team you can contact us here.

All our products are made to order, which means we don't produce any waste stock.
Join us
If you want to be a part of the Knitted Online community there are a few ways you can get involved. If you create an account (link to register) you can start knitting right here, online. With the same type of account you can create designs for different items, make them public and automatically join our network of designers.
