If you submit a design to Knitted Online you agree that other members and customers may use your design in any manner on or in connection with the Items available to buy on the Knitted Online Website, including but not limited to: reproducing the design on other Items, changing or reworking the design by making color or size changes, making derivative works of the design, using the design on the Knitted Online Website and on promotional material for Knitted Online.
You may use or continue to use the design for any other purposes, except those described below.
If the design is used or reproduced for commercial purposes elsewhere, you cannot use Knitted Online to promote the design or the company using the design. You further agree not to use Knitted Online to promote the products and services of any company that operates in competition with Knitted Online.
You acknowledge that the design you are assigning to Knitted Online is your own original work, has not been previously published, and does not contain any trademarks, logos, copyrighted material, or any other intellectual property belonging to any third party, or any material, which Knitted Online in its sole discretion, deems to be profane or offensive.
If your design is selected for use by a customer of Knitted Online, you will receive commission from the sale as outlined below: When a design is selected, the selection is for both the item supplied by Knitted Online and the design submitted by you, as long as the item choice remains the same the commission you will receive when the item is purchased is 5% of the sale price of the item. Designs can be customised once they have been selected however this does not affect the commission you will receive from the sale. If an item is bought with your exact design or a design that originated from your design you will receive 5% commission from the sale of the item.
If the design is replicated onto another item by the customer Knitted Online will not give any commission for these other items not directly designed by you.
Knitted Online reserves the right to change these payment terms at any time, by posting them on the Knitted Online Website, and changes will be effective upon posting. Payment will be based on the terms in effect when your design is selected. You alone will be responsible for the payment of any tax that arises as a result of receiving payment from Knitted Online.
The credit accumulated from any commission earned at Knitted Online will be shown on your account. When the credit on your account, earned from commissions, reaches £10 you are then eligible to request to withdraw this credit from your account. You will be sent a cheque for the amount earned and your balance will be reset to £0.00.
Participants, who in the opinion of Knitted Online, do not comply with these Design Submission Terms and Conditions, or for any other reason at Knitted Online's sole discretion, can at any time be excluded from design submissions without notice.
The decisions of Knitted Online are final and binding.
